The National Milk Mustache "got milk?" Campaign and USA TODAY are calling for entries for the 12th annual Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache of the Year (SAMMY) Awards. The scholarship will award 25 milk-drinking students who excel in academics, athletics, community service and leadership. Winners will each receive a $7,500 scholarship, attend a special awards ceremony at Disney's Wide World of Sports in Orlando where they'll meet Milk Mustache celebrities, and they'll star in their own milk mustache ad that will appear in USA TODAY.Think you have what it takes?
