The Mississippi Council for the Blind, awards two $6,000 scholarships annually. The application is available at www.acb.org/mcb
The scholarship submissions must be postmarked no later than Saturday, February 28, 2009. The awards are presented to the individuals at the MCB annual state convention, which will be held in Jackson, MS, in early April.
